Hank is in his uniform and Roy’s cutting his hair
He asks if he’s seen Barry, Frankie tells him he’s a Joe’s
Squirt says he’s looking for him and back out the door he goes

Ebbydoo is sittin’ on the corner shinin’ shoes
Ode Cornett’s walkin’ down the street, he’s got the Frogtown Blues
Doo looks up at Ode and asks him if he needs a shine

Frog is in the poolroom he’s a reaching for the chalk
He says, “The game is eight ball boys, you gonna play or talk?”
Tuh Tuh says he’ll rack ’em, says he thinks he might be hot
But Willard runs the table before Tuh Tuh gets a shot
